Delete your Point Zero data
Request deletion of your Point Zero account and associated personal data, including profile details, face photos, generated images, scan results, device registrations and treatment history. You can also request removal of scans while keeping your account.
Spacetouch processes verified deletion requests within 30 days under its privacy policy. Submitting a request does not delete data immediately. Once completed, deletion is permanent.
To submit a request here, sign in to your Point Zero account.
You can also email support from the email address associated with your account. State whether you want your full Point Zero account or only your scan data deleted. You do not need to reinstall the app.
